What happens if I exceed the maximum drawdown or daily loss limit?

Written by Shreya

Exceeding either limit triggers an immediate breach. The following happens automatically:

  • All open positions are closed instantly.

  • The account is permanently disabled.

  • No payouts are available from a breached account.

Breaches are permanent. There are no resets, soft limits, appeals, or exceptions of any kind. You do not need to manually close a trade for a breach to occur: if your floating P&L causes equity to touch the limit, the breach triggers in real time.
